Our Aged Care and NDIS team provides personalised support that helps residents remain at home in homelands, with family and connected to their community for as long as possible.
Remaining at home promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing and a strong sense of identity. We support homeland residents through locally delivered services designed around individual needs.
Our Services
Our focus is on providing practical support that enables people to continue living safely and comfortably in their homeland communities.
- Support workers for a range of personal and community services
- Social and community participation
- Personal care support, including assistance with daily living and access to personal care items and continence products
- Domestic assistance, including household cleaning support, cleaning supplies, essential whitegoods and coordination of home maintenance
- Home modification support, in partnership with housing and infrastructure services to improve accessibility and safety
- Respite services in homelands
- Advocacy and service coordination
- Transport to ceremonies, appointments, Centrelink, banking and other essential services
- Mobility and equipment support, working with physiotherapists and disability services to access mobility aids and assistive equipment
Support At Home Package Fees (2026)
Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation is a Not-For Profit organisation providing a range of services to remote indigenous homelands. Laynhapuy Homelands is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing to provide Home Care Packages to indigenous Australians to support and enable them to live on their homelands.
Service Fees
- Personal Care – $110.37 per hour
- Domestic Care – $90.15 per hour
- Social Support – $110.37 per hour
- Yard Maintenance – $88.52 per hour
- Clinical Services (Nursing & GP) – $274.73 per hour
- Care Management – $150.21 per hour
Standard service hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
